Whether we want to get more done or get more out of what we are doing, there is no clearer path to taking back control of life than spending our attention and energy more wisely.
And, there are few things that get us there more quickly than working directly with another sentient being who is ALWAYS present. Horses are free from the distractions and demands that seem to define our lives because it’s in their DNA.
We use their keen awareness to point us toward more attention to where we are and what matters right now…and less to distractions.
They are great barometers for us to gauge how present we really are at any moment.
