The Power of Collaboration

THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING & SUPPORTING US

Our Tenth Anniversary Celebration was a HUGE Success Thanks to YOU!

Thank you so much for attending and raising your card on behalf of the veterans and first responders we serve at The Equus Effect.

Our Mission
To provide veterans and others in high-stress environments with essential tools to expand their capacity for healthy, authentic relationships through purposeful engagement with horses.

Each class of veterans or first responders includes 6 men and women, 4 equine ‘coaches’, facilitators, horse-handlers, and volunteers. Program format: 4-hour sessions once a week for 4 consecutive weeks.

A safe and sturdy bridge for vets and others in uniform to cross is essential, especially now that we are open year round.  As we mentioned, it’s a long walk from the covered arena to the obstacle course and this allows folks who have trouble with that distance to take a shortcut so they can stay with the group. The bridge will cost about $15,000.

We will make sure to invite you to the ’ribbon-cutting’ ceremony as we walk across with the first group of  horses and veterans!

As you can imagine, horses need lots of things to stay healthy and in good shape to do their jobs. So we appreciate anything and everything that helps us keep them sound and happy.

If you let us know which of the supplies or services you’d like to help us keep on hand, we and our horses, would be most grateful!!

We are so glad you were at our event. We deeply appreciate your time, attention and concern for our mission.

Our military and first responders protect us — no matter what. Please help us give them all the tools they need to restore and renew their physical, emotional and mental energy.

It is only because of your belief in our mission and your generous support that we have been able to come this far.

Thank you!

And, we deeply appreciate our corporate sponsors.

What an amazing community we have supporting us!
